We could not agree more. After trying to sell our home with two other realtors, for over a year, with little response, we two l"ow bid" contracts for 100,000 less than our asking price of 350,000. We hired Vicki Hall and with her Carolyn "the staging pro". Carolyn is is featured in the video, is an outstanding professional that can give staging suggestions that are REAL and PRACTICAL. We used most of our furniture and removed a large trailer load of excess personal items. Next Vicki marketed our home from with multiple sources, pictures, videos, non of which was used by the other two realtors we had used. Carolyn and Vicki are a team that SELLS homes. We sold our home within 60 days, in December of 2009's poor market, thanks to this winning team. Simply stated USE THEIR TEAM, it worked with outstanding results for us.
