The latest Housing Data from Colorado Association of Realtors continues to show a shifting home market in Denver.
The median price of a single family home in the Denver Metro area fell $5,000 to $445,000.
Denver metro area single family homes stayed on the market an average of 32 days in August – which is up nearly 21% from July.
The market is not yet a buyer’s market, but it’s shifting towards a more balanced market.
