Last year Mat & Jessica purchased a home from me. Once they accomplished that, they turned their attention to preparing Mat’s condo for sale. After much sweat equity and some good choices, Mat’s condo was ready for the market. We made sure we staged it so it would show like a model home. We checked out the rest of the market and positioned it properly for the top of the line condition of the condo. Within 8 days, Mat had accepted a good offer on his condo. After 30 years of living in Cherry Creek Vista, Rick & Penny decided it was time for a change. May 2011 closing – Michelle & Chris originally contacted me last year about finding a home in Cherry Creek Vista.
