Attom Data Solutions reports that home sellers see a 31 percent return on their investment when they sold the 1st quarter of 2019. The average price gain was $56,733.
Three of the top 10 Markets with Home Prices Furthest Above Pre-Recession Peaks are in Colorado: 1) Greeley at 79% price increase above pre-recession peaks; 2) Denver-Aurora-Lakewood with aa 68% price increase and 3) Fort Collins with a 67% price increase.
Not a bad return on their investment.
