The November Real Estate Market for Denver Metro area continues to have an increase in homes for sale. We’ve had almost a 33% increase in homes for sale in Nov. 2018 (10,111) over November 2017. The Average Days on the Market continues to go up – it’s now 35 days. That means buyers have more homes to choose from. The Average Sold Price is up 6.5% from a year ago to $449,762.
The most in demand price range for Single Family Homes is $300,000 – $400,000 – for condos/townhomes/duplexes the most in demand price range is $200,000 – $300,000.
