Realtor Magazine predicts better days are coming for home buyers in 2019.
One of the biggest problems for buyers the last couple years is lack of homes (inventory) on the market to choose from and too much competition for the few homes that are for sale. But as you can see from the below chart, inventory is creeping up.
In fact, the reference article lists 5 metro areas nationwide that are experiencing the greatest increase in homes for sale. Denver-Aurora-Lakewood is the number one area.
